Minds on the Edge: Facing Mental Illness

Produced to inform people of what is not happening in America, it presents a thought provoking dialogue that points out huge gaps in services between our agencies. Many of us have already experienced them. It addresses the dilemma and concern that nationally we need to search for answers to this problem, as too many people suffering with mental illnesses in our society are ending up in our jails.
